I bought my rt charger on 4/40 Greg was my salesman, i took the car in for service on 9/4 for its first oil change @7500 miles, Besty handled my requests and was very pleasant to deal with, everyone here is very nice to date ✌️
All good except I think it’s xx that they now charge 3% ( or however much)if you use a credit card. It’s shady and I’m re-evaluating where to take my business.

Toni Monaco is the best there is. Not only did she help me get a great deal but she also took the time to ensure I understood all the new technology. She also touched base with me after my purchase to ensure all of my IOUs were taken care of and to answer any additional questions I had. The Sales Manager Nate and the Finance Manager Ben were also great to work with.

This is by far the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. They are not a high pressure dealership. They allow you to look around at your pace and will answer all of your questions honestly. Many places treat a female like she doesn’t know a ting about cars, but not Valley. They never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Austin was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, kind and caring. The sale of the vehicle was also a pain free experience. We live in NC but bought from Valley in Cuyahoga.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Falls and have had great experiences both times. Both times we received great, no pressure service from the agents. In our most recent experience we were debating on two cars we really liked (one in our budget and one slightly above that we could make work) and there was no pressure from our agent Kevin to get us to go with the more expensive one. WOW! I truly could not say enough nice things about the employees at Falls Motor City. I had the opportunity to work with Scott Mancabelli, Tony Varn, + Mike Pendon. They helped me obtain my dream of owning a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara Altitude. I drove over 2 hours in an ice storm to have these employees go above + beyond for me. I was met by Scott Jacobs in the lot shortly after pulling in. He was outside waiting for a Sunday customer. He greeted me promptly and asked how he could help. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he immediately went to get the keys and a license plate for a test drive.
