Kyle and Toni made our truck buying experience amazing!!! We were in a bind and low on time and they worked extremely hard to make sure we got our new truck and on the road to PA as fast as possible!!! Miss Toni went as far as to help the mechanics install our new batteries!!!! She pulled her hair up; grabbed a wrench and climbed right up on the tire!!! Talk about excellent service. The service department is stellar! They were able to fix a problem with my vehicle that the dealer that I bought it from could not. I had the car back to the original dealer 7 times, they could not fix it. I gave up on them and took the car to Valley, Tim and the service team were fantastic! They fixed the problem first time. I highly recommend them and will go back again.
Elizabeth Moles was so accommodating, kind and extremely efficient at helping diagnose a mechanical issue while I was getting an oil change. I had my oil changed on 10/21/24. I immediately noticed the smell of oil, but thought maybe some oil spilled on the engine. A couple of weeks later I stilled smelled oil. Upon a visual inspection, I noticed oil at the base of the oil filter housing. I took it in on 11/13/24. They added dye to the oil, and had me come back in a week. During the return visit, they said that no oil leaks were detected, and to come back in 2-3 week for a final inspection. I checked for oil around the oil filter housing unit on 12/6/24. I ...

Calling last night when I had car problems and car engine died at supermarket. Wasn’t able to make it to dealership before they closed. But they did tell me that they had batteries that needed for car. I went this am and they checked it with the concerns I had and fixed it within half hour. I had a vibration in the driveline and I took it to a dealer in mentor and was told the could not help because they were backed up on service and could not get me a rental. I call Valley where I purchased the truck and they said bring it in. I drove 35 min and they were waiting for me with a a smile and a rental all set up for me with no delays. I really appreciate the convenience of being able to just drive up to the service area to get an oil change and other standard, quick maintenance services without an appointment. This past visit I was met with VERY kind, well-spoken, attentive personnel. I even witnessed a service provider deescalate a customer who was upset about her service (who hasn’t been before?). He came down to eye-level, maintained a non-aggressive tone and allowed her to speak her piece. Extremely professional! Keep it up, y’all!! I appreciate it!!!!

Great dealer, very knowledgeable people who have been around a long time. Best service department! It’s not the closest CJD dealer to me, but worth the drive. Huge inventory, all performance, SRT vehicles - not just one like most dealerships. The waiting area is very cool , merchandise, refreshments, swag, old school stuff - you can tell they care about MOPAR history and are actually car people. Clean and orderly.

I bought my rt charger on 4/40 Greg was my salesman, i took the car in for service on 9/4 for its first oil change @7500 miles, Besty handled my requests and was very pleasant to deal with, everyone here is very nice to date ✌️
All good except I think it’s xx that they now charge 3% ( or however much)if you use a credit card. It’s shady and I’m re-evaluating where to take my business.
