everyone here is very professional, fun, and knowledgeable! walking the lot can be intimidating because of all the options but when you have someone who listens to what you want, and even more so about what you need, and they find a good fit, the breathe of relief, and fresh car smell takes it all away! If we could give 6 stars we would! Kyle and K2 were phenomenal salesmen. They made the experience fun and enjoyable. Never knew buying/leasing vehicles could be a fun process! The crew at Valley City cares about people first and foremost and that is clear from the start. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle - do yourself a favor and check them out. Going to any other dealer would be a disservice! Another dealers loss of a truck lease turned into Valley’s gain of a truck lease AND a Grand Cherokee lease!

Great experience Bruce and Kristy, took to our service issue, followed it through to the end and corrected it. The issue, no start, RF module and starter. It took a good amount of effort and time, but they got it right!

Anthony is great and thorough. I may have been a little impatient after a 2.5 hour wait he took it well and even went out to the service bay and helped in order to speed up the process.

There are a lot of changes that happened at Valley Motor City in the last year. However, the only consistent is the wonderful welcoming I receive when I saw Betsy, Z and Toni! I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and all three greeted me and made me feel right at home. I’ve purchased MANY cars at Valley Motor City plus, sent family and friends to purchase vehicles here and it’s nice to feel like a person and not just a number! Zyan was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with the many questions I had about the issues my truck was experiencing. Regarding the service performed on May 7, 2025, involving the installation of four new tires on my Ram, the experience was unsatisfactory. I cannot give a perfect score in any survey because the service was not perfect. The tires were initially installed incorrectly, with the inside of the tires mounted on the outside. This posed a safety hazard to my family and me, increasing the risk of hydroplaning in wet conditions. Their express lane services are fast and decently priced except for wipers. They also have a rental car service that is very convenient. I would recommend them for basic auto care.
