I recently purchased a used Jeep Renegade 80th edition from Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the Falls, Ohio.
After driving my new Jeep home, I noticed a dent on the bottom of the passenger door seam when I pulled into my driveway. The sunlight reflected off the dent, making it quite noticeable. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke to George, the salesman who had sold me the Jeep. George was very friendly and promised to speak to his manager.

I had a great experience with Valley CJDR this week. We were looking for a Jeep Compass, and found one at a Valley dealership a couple hours away. The Valley team, led by Gary T., got the Jeep to their dealership, and then drove it to me at the office so we could check it out in person. Gary went above and beyond, we loved the Jeep and bought it on the spot. The process could not have been easier!

Valley Motor City made the process of trading in my MX-5 for this new Dodge Durango R/T 392 Launch Edition quick and seamless. Everyone was very nice and happy and congratulatory towards my new vehicle chapter. I am shocked anyone buys any other SUV honestly. Drives like a car, packs like the three row SUV it is. Sounds like it eats lava for breakfast. It’s the perfect package. Scott, Michaela, Gary and Tony made the process quick and easy. Probably the easiest car purchase I have had to date.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership based on their assurances that it had no major issues, had been properly inspected, and was in good working condition. After the sale, I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident that was never disclosed to me at any point before or during the purchase. The dealership told me they would send the CARFAX report within two days, but they did not. Instead, I received a link a month after the deal was closed, and the link was expired. My husband and I purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger from Valley last week! The car is perfect! The service we received was above and beyond! Kyle is a wonderful person and great salesman. He does not pressure you or waste your time. We were in and out quickly and back on the road home. We drove and hour and a half to get to Valley, but it was well worth the drive. If you are looking, go ask for Kyle! A big thanks to K2 as well for the valley duck! This dealership really makes you feel welcome!

Very nice place was getting my oil changed in my car so I had to wait in the waiting room very clean and they even have a little table set up for kids to color

Anthony is great and thorough. I may have been a little impatient after a 2.5 hour wait he took it well and even went out to the service bay and helped in order to speed up the process.

There are a lot of changes that happened at Valley Motor City in the last year. However, the only consistent is the wonderful welcoming I receive when I saw Betsy, Z and Toni! I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and all three greeted me and made me feel right at home. I’ve purchased MANY cars at Valley Motor City plus, sent family and friends to purchase vehicles here and it’s nice to feel like a person and not just a number! Zyan was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with the many questions I had about the issues my truck was experiencing.
