We had a great experience purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee with Scott Jacobs. We purchased our Jeep Liberty there years ago, and returned because of the great customer service.
The staff seemed professional at first and I followed everything they asked — even brought in a cosigner with a 750+ credit score since my own credit was affected by family issues. Despite that, I still wasn’t able to get a car. It felt like they jerked me around a bit and weren’t clear about what was really going on until the end. If you’re in a similar situation, just be prepared for a long, uncertain process.
This dealership was fantastic. Scott Mancabelli in sales was extremely polite and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better car-buying experience.

Giving a 3 star because they were worthy of higher at one point, but now they are trending to the shady side. I won’t give them the opportunity to change my stars one way or the other. You could Venmo me for the last oil change/tire rotation I have on a package or I’ll just let it expire. Could care less.

This purchase was done entirely remote, meaning I have never actually met her face to face; and it is probably the smoothest auto purchase of my life. She set up vendors, added a bulkhead separating the cab from the back of the van and communicates directly with my bank. Thank you so much!
On 2/4/25 I had my 2021 Ram serviced for transfer case, front and rear differentials, as well as a tire rotation. This is my “home” dealership, my family and I have bought/leased vehicles here for nearly 10 years. I was not given a quote for this entire service, which I thought was odd, however I was prepared to spend at least 500-600 bucks for maintenance. Being my home dealer, not being quoted an amount wasn’t alarming, if I’m not quoted, it shouldn’t be more than 1,000 dollars. I was told approximately $300 for the differentials, which I gave the green light ...

Great dealership. Even though my car was purchased out of state, the staff there treats you as if the car was purchased there. I originally stopped there to see how much head room I'd have in a Dodge Challenger with a sunroof. One of the salesman greated me promptly and introduced himself. Kyle and Toni made our truck buying experience amazing!!! We were in a bind and low on time and they worked extremely hard to make sure we got our new truck and on the road to PA as fast as possible!!! Miss Toni went as far as to help the mechanics install our new batteries!!!! She pulled her hair up; grabbed a wrench and climbed right up on the tire!!! Talk about excellent service. We live in PA, but would consider the drive back for their amazing customer service and attentiveness!!!
The service department is stellar! They were able to fix a problem with my vehicle that the dealer that I bought it from could not. I had the car back to the original dealer 7 times, they could not fix it. I gave up on them and took the car to Valley, Tim and the service team were fantastic! They fixed the problem first time. I highly recommend them and will go back again.
Elizabeth Moles was so accommodating, kind and extremely efficient at helping diagnose a mechanical issue while I was getting an oil change. She even drove with me in the car to help diagnose and squeezed it in with a tech so the parts could be ordered that day. WAY ABOVE EXPECTATIONS! Thanks so much for your help Elizabeth!

I had my oil changed on 10/21/24. I immediately noticed the smell of oil, but thought maybe some oil spilled on the engine. A couple of weeks later I stilled smelled oil. Upon a visual inspection, I noticed oil at the base of the oil filter housing. I took it in on 11/13/24. They added dye to the oil, and had me come back in a week. During the return visit, they said that no oil leaks were detected, and to come back in 2-3 week for a final inspection. I checked for oil around the oil filter housing unit on 12/6/24. I ...

Calling last night when I had car problems and car engine died at supermarket. Wasn’t able to make it to dealership before they closed. But they did tell me that they had batteries that needed for car. I went this am and they checked it with the concerns I had and fixed it within half hour.
