This could have been a bad review but this dealership "made it right". We bought a truck that had issues within the first 60 miles of driving it. A few terrible things happened along the way with huge repairs that were still under warranty and some that were not. The Owner of the dealership and Andy, the Used Car Sales Manager, did the admirable, correct thing for the consumer and handled the issue the way they should have. We appreciate it and would consider buying there again because, in the end, they put their customer first. Which is rare!

I can’t really speak to the experience I would’ve had at the dealership, but I had some interactions with Dave McGraw one of the sales reps there and he’s just an awesome guy. Super straightforward and direct as a sales person, transparent as can be and really prompt with his communication, can’t say enough good things. Hopefully if I have some needs in the future, I can give him some business.

I went in late in day for oil change was told there were two in front of me and asked if I wanted to wait it would be about an hour and 20 min. To geit done. I said OK and sure enough an hour and 25 min. I was driving home . they did what they say they would do. I will be going back to them.

I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I have ever had a positive experience with a dealer. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else, nor will my 6 kids, 4 of whom drive with 2 more coming soon (14 and 12).

Brought my Jeep Compass in last week for its first oil change. Anthony Meeks was my service rep, and he did a great job.
Didn't buy my car here, but they were willing to honor their fellow dealerships repairs if I needed them. The gentleman who came out to talk to me was so kind and polite and willing to help.
Anthony kept me updated on my repairs and delivered as promised. U know I can count on him.
Regarding the service performed on May 7, 2025, involving the installation of four new tires on my Ram, the experience was unsatisfactory. I cannot give a perfect score in any survey because the service was not perfect. The tires were initially installed incorrectly, with the inside of the tires mounted on the outside. This posed a safety hazard to my family and me, increasing the risk of hydroplaning in wet conditions. Their express lane services are fast and decently priced except for wipers. They also have a rental car service that is very convenient. I would recommend them for basic auto care.

It was very hard to jump through the hoops of rules they have to buy a car from. The main concern was they don't accept out of state credit unions because they have a two week hold before they get paid. It's because they want the title before payment which is reasonable. Then when they checked with their banks they would only loan 20,000 of the 28000 that this company wanted for their car? So does that mean they over priced the vehicle? I spent close to $7000.00 dollars having my vehicle repaired there. Since then They replaced the water pump 3 times.
My oil change using Quick Lane was completed, my cabin filter changed and vehicle washed in less than an hour.

We had a great experience purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee with Scott Jacobs. We purchased our Jeep Liberty there years ago, and returned because of the great customer service.
The staff seemed professional at first and I followed everything they asked — even brought in a cosigner with a 750+ credit score since my own credit was affected by family issues. Despite that, I still wasn’t able to get a car. It felt like they jerked me around a bit and weren’t clear about what was really going on until the end. If you’re in a similar situation, just be prepared for a long, uncertain process.

On 2/4/25 I had my 2021 Ram serviced for transfer case, front and rear differentials, as well as a tire rotation. This is my “home” dealership, my family and I have bought/leased vehicles here for nearly 10 years. I was not given a quote for this entire service, which I thought was odd, however I was prepared to spend at least 500-600 bucks for maintenance.
